With the increasing negative impacts of mankind on the Earth's natural environment, the health and prosperity of many species as well as people around the world are suffering.
As a result, BFCT allocates grants to activities or organizations which neutralize, reverse or at least materially mitigate these negative impacts in an attempt to preserve or restore our planet's biodiversity. The main focus within this broad area will be the restoration of our marine ecosystems and the transition to sustainable agricultural practices.
BFCT has recently commissioned a report detailing our research and findings
With respect to Humanitarian Aid, the BFCT's focus is on the young and disadvantaged. Here we support both emergency crisis assistance as well as efforts to structurally help children with medical, educational, or other programs both in developing and developed countries.
